Inspector found 30 live flies swarming prep and bathroom areas during complaint inspection.

Key Findings

  • 20 live small flies observed on prep area walls and 10 on bathroom walls. Manager ordered to eliminate fly activity and contact pest control before reinspection.
  • Accumulated food debris found on exterior of all sinks and shelves throughout prep and dishwash areas. Equipment must be cleaned and maintained regularly.
