INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ALL LISTED PLUMBING FIXTURES TO ELIMINATE LEAK(S) OR MAINTAIN EASE OF USE AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES IN GOOD REPAIR.
