Food stored directly on cooler floors and in grocery bags without proper containers.

Key Findings

  • Food items were found sitting on the floor inside walk-in coolers and freezers; all food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
  • Bulk food containers were missing lids, leaving food exposed to contamination.
  • Food handlers were not wearing hair restraints while preparing food.
  • Cutting boards in the prep area had visible dark seams and need to be resurfaced or replaced.
