ICE IS USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DISCARD ICE, CLEAN, SANTITIZE, AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR AND FOOD CONTACT SURFACES OF ICE MACHINE FREE OF BUILD UP. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION, 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
