INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND GREASE TRAP. TECHNICIAN REPAIRED GREASE TRAP. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED.
