  • Rodent droppings discovered in 70+ locations including on meat grinder, under sinks, storage racks, and by grease trap. Last pest control service was January 2, 2026.
  • Fryers and oven interiors contaminated with droppings, charred buildup, grease, and food residue.
  • Floors under cooking equipment and coolers caked with grease, food debris, dirt, droppings, and other filth. Walls and ceilings in prep area smeared with grease and stains.
  • Fly strips hung directly over prep table in food preparation area. Cutting board on prep cooler has deep stains and grooves. Walk-in cooler storage racks show rust.
