Severe pest infestation with 30+ flies and multiple roaches throughout facility remains uncorrected from previous inspection.

Key Findings

  • Over 30 live flies found scattered in dish room, prep area, and basement washroom; 3 live roaches on first-floor washroom door frame and hand-wash sink; additional roaches in cooler gaskets and oven. This critical violation was not corrected from a previous inspection dated 9/16/26.
  • Additional pest control service required and all affected surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized.
  • All cracks, crevices, and openings must be caulked and sealed to prevent pest entry.
  • Food scoop stored directly on top of bulk food items in basement containers, creating contamination risk; must be stored handles-up or outside containers.

ALSO FOUND 3 LIVE ROACHES ON 1ST FLOOR WASHROOM DOOR FRAME AND 1 ON HAND WASH SINK IN SAME. 2 LIVE ROACHES IN GASKET OF REAR PREP AREA COOLER. 1 ROACH ON SHELF NEXT TO BASEMENT WALK-IN COOLER. 1 ROACH INSIDE 1ST FLOOR SMALL OVEN. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE ALL PEST ACTIVITY IN ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS REQUIRED. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-42-090. CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL SURFACES. CONTINUE CAULKING AND SEALING ALL CRACKS, CREVICES, OPENINGS, ETC.
