No employee health policies were on file, which is required for all employees.
No bodily fluid cleanup kit was available on site, a required health and safety item.

OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 100 RODENT DROPPINGS THROUGHOUT FURNACE ROOM. REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. OBSERVED HARBORAGE IN REAR FURNACE ROOM AND ADJACENT HALLWAY. REMOVE ALL HARBORAGE CONTRIBUTING TO PEST ISSUE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(a)
