NOTED APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 30 RAT DROPPINGS IN THE REAR BASEMENT AND ALONG BASEBOARDS IN BASEMENT. 5 DROPPINGS AT THE D.J. BOOTH AND 3 TO 5 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE DART MACHINE GAME. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS, SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ALSO NOTED OVER 30 SMALL FLIES SWARMING AN OPEN CONTAINER OF SOILED LINENS. MUST REMOVE ALL FLIES. RECOMMEND HAVING PEST CONTROL CO. SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT FOR RATS AND FLIES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
