OBSERVED ONE (1) OF THE TWO (2) TOILET ROOMS TO BE NOT FUNCTIONAL AND CURRENTLY CLOSED WITH AN "OUT OF ORDER SIGN" DUE TO THE TOILET PROPERLY DISPOSING OF SEWAGE WASTE WATER AND SLIGHTLY BACKING UP WHEN FLUSHED. ONE BATHROOM IS STILL FUNCTIONAL AND AVAILABLE ON SITE. TOILET IS NOT ABLE TO BE FLUSHED AS THERE IS NOT ENOUGH WATER PRESSURE TO FLUSH. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE AND TO ENSURE WASTE WATER IS NOT BACKING UP THROUGH ANY DRAINS OR TOILET, ENSURE ALL WASTE WATER IS PROPERLY DISPOSED. PRIORITY VIOLATION, 7-38-030(c). TOILET ROOM WAS NOT IN USE AT TIME OF INSPECTION, AND A SIGN WAS PLACED ON DOOR PRIOR TO INSPECTION. GIVEN TWO (2) DAY NOTICE TO REPAIR PER SUPERVISOR.
OBSERVED THE HAND WASHING SINK IN THE RIGHT SIDE BATHROOM AND THE REAR HAND SINK NEXT TO THE DISH WASHING AREA TO NOT HAVE A HAND WASHING SIGN. INSTRUCTED THE MANAGER TO PROVIDE A HAND WASHING SIGN TO REMIND ALL EMPLOYEES THEY MUST WASH HANDS.
