4-601.11(C) OBSERVED A BLACK SUBSTANCE ON THE WALL BEHIND THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA. OBSERVED ACCUMULATED FOOD AND GREASE DEBRIS IN BETWEEN OVEN AND FRYER AND INTERIOR OF THE FRYERS. OBSERVED A STAINED CUTTING BOARD ATTACHED TO THE 3 DOOR PREP COOLER. OBSERVED WORN AND STAINED PASTRY SPATULAS STORE ON THE WALL BY THE DISH MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AND REPLACE SPATULAS.
