OBSERVED FOOD HANDLERS, WHILE WEARING DISPOSABLE GLOVES, TOUCHING DIFFERENT NON FOOD ITEMS FROM OPEN AND CLOSE DOORS OF DIRTY EQUIPMENT(DEEP FRYER, OVEN ETC) TO MOVE GARBAGE CONTAINER TO REMOVE CARDBOARDS, WITH SAME GLOVES HANDLED FOOD(PUTTING BREAD WRAPS AND OTHER FOOD ON TOP THE FLAT GRILL).NO REMOVAL OF GLOVES NOR HANDWASHING. FOOD HANDLERS MUST WASH HANDS AND CHANGE GLOVES AFTER ANY POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION. DISCUSSED ISSUE WITH MANAGER AND MANAGER DISCUSSED ISSUE WITH EMPLOYEE. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-010.CITATION ISSUED.
