• Rust deposits found on the bottom of prep tables and other equipment surfaces.
• Accumulated grease and food debris covered cooking equipment, shelving, coolers, freezers, and prep tables.
• Leaking hose in rear storage area and missing drainpipe under utility sink discovered.
