LIVE COCKROACHES WERE FOUND AT THE BAR AREA, KITCHEN PREP AREA 1ST FLOOR AND IN PREP AREA IN BASEMENT. MUST ELIMINATE ALL EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY ON PREMISES. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-42-090. CITATION ISSUED.
