  • Hand soap not provided at the food prep sink in the pizza station; wall-mounted soap must be relocated to the hand sink area.
  • Squeeze bottles and seasoning containers lack labels in multiple sections including pasta, frita, and pizza pasta areas on the second floor.
  • Food storage baskets stored directly on floors in the class prep area instead of the required 6 inches above ground.
  • Wiping cloths left on prep surfaces throughout the facility instead of being stored in proper sanitizer solution; cloths used for raw animal foods must be kept separate and laundered daily.
