  • Food debris accumulated on dishwash shelves, drain boards, and all prep area sinks throughout facility.
  • Leaking pipes at coffee station; standing water pooling on floors at coffee station and second-floor dishwash room.

OBSERVED 10 LIVE SMALL FLIES ON WALLS AT 2ND FLOOR DISHMACHINE ROOM, 10 LIVE SMALL FLIES ON WALLS AT GELATO AREA AND 1 LIVE ROACH ON SINK AT 2ND FLOOR DISHMACHINE ROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST REMOVE ALL INSECT ACTIVITY BY DATE OF REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). ADVISED TO CALL PEST CONTROL OPERATOR FOR SERVICE.
