  • Over 100 mouse droppings discovered on prep tables, shelves, counters, and throughout storage areas. A dead mouse was found inside a women's restroom toilet.
  • Prep cooler failed to maintain safe temperature (52.9°F instead of 41°F or below), forcing the restaurant to discard approximately 50 pounds of raw chicken, steak, beef, ham, and tomatoes stored at unsafe temperatures.
  • Hand washing sinks in prep and dish areas were blocked and inaccessible, filled with knives and containers.
  • A 1-inch opening was found near the rear exit door, allowing pest entry. No consumer advisory for raw or undercooked foods was posted on the menu.
