  • Previous rodent and pest violation from September 2022 was never corrected—inspectors found over 100 mouse droppings scattered across floors, shelves, food items, and equipment, plus live flies and roaches in prep, storage, and dish washing areas.
  • Multiple gaps and openings allow pests to enter, including 1/4" gaps at front and rear doors, missing wall vent covers, and openings around pipes and baseboards.
  • Soiled wiping cloths stored directly on prep tables instead of in sanitizing solution, and single-use articles stored on floors in rear storage areas.
  • Food-contact surfaces including prep tables, cooking equipment, coolers, and freezers have debris buildup and poor sanitation, and hand-washing sink in men's washroom has broken handle.
