MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL FOOD MUST BE CONSUMED OR DISCARDED WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH THE DAY OF PREPARATION COUNTING AS DAY 1. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
