  • About 30 live small flying insects observed on walls, ductwork, and ceilings behind the bar and dining area. This violation from a previous inspection on 9/11/23 was not corrected, resulting in a citation.
  • Excessive rust buildup on bottom shelves of two stainless steel prep tables in food prep area. Tables must be replaced or painted to provide a smooth, cleanable surface.
  • Bottom drawer of 3-door prep cooler at cook's line does not close properly and needs repair.
  • Multiple cleanliness issues including dirty deep fryers, dish machine top, grill, dust on prep table shelves, and dust and food splatter on ceiling tiles in food prep area.
