  • Beverage lines leading to beer taps are leaking and need rewrapping to prevent insect harborage; low temperature dish machine behind bar also leaks.
  • Multiple facility maintenance issues: peeling paint on ceiling tiles in food prep area, broken floor tiles behind bar, and dust/food splatter throughout.
