  • The low-temperature dish machine had zero chlorine sanitizer and wasn't sanitizing at all; chlorine was added during inspection to reach 100 PPM.
  • No certified food manager was present while temperature-controlled foods like chicken, rice, and potatoes were being prepared and served.
  • Pink and yellow slime buildup was found inside the ice machine dripping into ice for customer consumption; all ice was discarded and the machine was cleaned.
