  • A 1/4" gap at the bottom of the rear exit door was found, creating a potential entry point for pests. A tight-fitting seal is required at all outer openings.
  • A food handler was observed preparing food without wearing a hair restraint. Management was instructed that all food handlers must wear hair restraints.
  • Debris was found on floors along walls and corners in utility and storage areas. The manager was instructed to clean and maintain these spaces.
