FOUND APPROX. 300 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: UNDER ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT IN HOT FOODS KITCHEN, BEHIND HOT HOLDING UNITS NEAR HOT FOOD KITCHEN ENTRANCE DOOR, BEHIND HOT HOLDING UNIT NEXT TO DISH MACHINE, ON CLEAN COOKING EQUIPMENT RACK ACROSS FROM 3 COMP SINK AT HOT FOODS STATION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE DROPPINGS, CLEAN, SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN SAID AREAS. RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
