  • Gaps of up to 1 inch between entrance/exit doors and 1/2 inch under doors create openings for rodents.
  • No written procedure for washing large pots that don't fit in the 3-compartment sink or high-temperature dish machines.
  • Debris accumulated on lower shelves of hot holding units in the prepared food prep area.
  • Missing covered receptacle in the customer women's restroom and a large hole in the bakery prep area wall near cooking equipment.
