INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO REMOVE ALL MOUSE DROPPINGS, SANITIZE ALL AREAS AND INFORM PEST CONTROL OF ACTIVITY AND NEED FOR SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
