Frozen food thawed improperly in sink; handwashing station severely leaking; multiple previous violations still not corrected.

Key Findings

  • Frozen food items were thawed in a rinse basin with no running water instead of using approved methods.
  • A handwashing sink in the front prep area had a severe pipe leak spraying water onto the floor; manager placed a container underneath as a temporary fix.
  • Food prep tables in the rear area have rust on the work surfaces where food is prepared.
  • Previous violations from July 2026 remain uncorrected, including missing food handler certificates, a broken cooler door taped shut, uncleaned equipment and floors, and no handwashing signage in the restroom.
