MICE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND ON THE FLOORS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: THE TOILET ROOM, SURROUNDING THE FOOD PREP TABLES IN REAR AND FRONT PREP AREAS, NEAR THE GREASE TRAP UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, IN THE HOT WATER TANK STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, CLEAN, SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
